Vanuatu Financial Services Commission
The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) was established in 1993 and is responsible for administering and enforcing regulations related to, amongst other things, the trading of securities, international banking and electronic transactions. One of its mandates is to protect the public in Vanuatu and elsewhere against financial loss arising out of dishonesty, incompetence and malpractice on the part of persons engaged in financial business in or from within Vanuatu.

The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVIFSC) was established in 2001 in the British Virgin Islands as an autonomous regulatory authority responsible for regulation, supervision and inspection of all the financial services in and from the BVI. We are a member of The Financial Commision (the Commission), an international organisation engaged in the resolution of disputes within the financial services industry in the Forex market. If a trader is unable to resolve a dispute directly with the financial service provider, the said dispute can be taken to the Commission as an independent external dispute resolution organisation.
We are a member of the Financial Centre Association of Vanuatu (FCA) which is a not-for-profit body established in 1972 to represent and promote the nation’s financial industry and its participants. The FCA seeks to ensure that its members work with honesty, integrity and diligence to attract domestic and international investors and help Vanuatu grow as a leading Pacific Island economy and a global financial hub.
We are also a member of the Financial Markets Association of Vanuatu (FMA) which is a self regulating body for VFSC licensed dealers trading financial instruments and securities online. The FMA works to further its members' professional standards for the benefit of all market participants.

Step 1
Contact Titan FX customer support to discuss any incident. If you find our response unsatisfactory, proceed to step 2.
Step 2.
Within 45 days of the incident, file a complaint on financialcommission.org, free of charge.
Step 3.
The Financial Commission investigates the complaint and verifies its validity within five business days.
Step 4.
Based on the investigation, a decision on the complaint is made by the Financial Commission’s committee.
Step 5.
Should Titan FX refuse to comply with a decision in your favour, compensation is paid to you from the Special Compensation Fund.
