The promotion window is 21st November 2022 - 25th November 2022 (GMT+2). Trades completed (opened and closed) during this window are eligible to receive cashback. Please note the whole cashback amount will be deposited into your trading account once the promotion window is over, not separately after each trade is completed.
Traders who have deposited 500 USD / 75 000 JPY / equivalent in other account currencies during the promotion window and registered via the link provided on the Titan FX website or email newsletter, are eligible to receive cashback for FX and Gold trades.

No. In order to earn cashback, you must first register for the promotion and deposit a minimum amount of 500USD. This deposit can be divided into several payments.

Yes. You can withdraw funds any time after they are deposited in your trading account without any restrictions.
There is no limit to the cashback you can receive for trading Gold instruments, FX Majors, FX Minors, FX Crosses, FX Yen instrument groups. Cashback might be limited to 100 USD per trader from some FX Europe and FX Exotics instruments. Please refer to Terms and conditions for details.
Yes, trade volume is summed up (e.g. if a client opened and closed one 1.5 lot trade, and opened and closed one 0.5 lot trade, the cashback will be calculated for 2 lots).
The number of full lots traded is multiplied by 2 USD (refer to T&C for equivalent in other currencies) to calculate the cashback payout. Please note that cashback is paid on full lots - e.g. a client who traded 2.3 lots will receive cashback on 2 lots.
Yes, a traded volume of different instruments is summed up (e.g. if a client traded 1.5 lots XAUUSD and 0.5 lots USDJPY, the cashback will be calculated for 2 lots).
The cashback amount will be deposited into your account no later than 29th of November 2022.
